I spend time reflecting on what I have learned and where it is all going to. I am busy, I write 3 books a year with a goal to 5 books a year, including one massive epic fantasy. I run a small press publishing house that is getting good reviews. I can’t please everyone all of the time, but I try. I spend a lot of time in copy editing right now. This guy really needs help getting his tension up.

I have an upcoming book in November called “The House of Fire and Rain.” For research I went to Nevada and Mustang ranch to learn how a legal brothel is run. It will be up to you to figure out if it is intriguing enough.

I am working on my Master’s degree that takes up a lot of time. But I love the classes and the teachers. They are really special. I am writing a murder mystery in a high fantasy setting in an evil city. It is great fun.

I will be at Orycon with Kevin Braux. His and mines book premiers November 15 but in celebration of the Con we are selling it at the convention as part of a launch party. He and I will be there to sign books and sell them 30% cheaper than Amazon.

Next week I shall have cool pictures of my cats, but for today, it is time to beg off and get some work down.
